TERMS OF USE.

By using TXDJ, you agree to use the platform lawfully and honestly and to follow the rules attached to memberships, events, tickets, community features and purchases.

Accounts

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping account access secure. Do not impersonate others or create misleading professional profiles.

Memberships

Paid membership provides access to the benefits described for the selected tier. Membership does not guarantee bookings, gigs, sponsorships, event selection, employment or income.

Tickets and events

Event access is subject to the rules, age restrictions, capacity, venue policies and ticket terms shown for each event. A valid ticket may be required for entry.

Community conduct

Harassment, fraud, spam, abuse, unlawful activity, manipulation of voting or points, and attempts to bypass access controls may result in restrictions or account removal.

Content

You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant TXDJ permission to display and operate that content as needed to provide the service and any public profile or media feature you choose to publish.

Changes and availability

Features, benefits, pricing and programs may change as TXDJ develops. We may suspend features when needed for security, maintenance or compliance.
