REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY.

Refund eligibility depends on what was purchased. Event tickets, memberships and merchandise are handled differently.

Event tickets

Unless an event page states otherwise, ticket purchases are generally final. If TXDJ cancels an event, refund instructions will be provided to affected purchasers. Postponed or rescheduled events may follow event-specific terms.

Memberships

You may cancel recurring membership renewal for future billing periods. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a completed billing period unless required by law or specifically approved.

Merchandise

For damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise, contact TXDJ promptly after delivery. Eligibility for replacement or refund may depend on the item condition and order details.

Promotions and complimentary items

Promotional, complimentary and zero-dollar tickets or benefits generally have no cash value and are not refundable.

Use the TXDJ support/contact channel and include the email used for purchase plus the relevant order, ticket or membership details.
