TXDJ collects only the information needed to operate accounts, memberships, ticketing, merch, communications and community features.

Information we collect

Account details, contact information, membership and order records, event activity, profile information you choose to publish, and technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. TXDJ does not store full payment-card numbers on its own servers.

How information is used

To provide the service, fulfill purchases, administer memberships and tickets, communicate with users, prevent abuse, improve TXDJ, and comply with legal obligations.

Public profiles

Information you choose to publish on an artist, venue, promoter or member-facing profile may be visible publicly.

Data choices

You may request help with account or data questions through TXDJ support. Some transaction records may need to be retained for tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback or legal reasons.
